Four Suspect Arrested After Robbery at Legends Mall

The Sparks Police Department arrested four people after they allegedly stole clothes from a clothing store at the Legends Mall and threatened to return with a gun when confronted. In making the arrests, police found other clothing and other items they believe may have been stolen from other stores around the mall. 23-year old Isaiah Herndon, 27-year-old Aaronson Ware, 25-year old Renisha Clay, and 26-year-old Jasmine Rayshawn Thompson, were each arrested on suspicion of two counts of burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary and robbery. Additionally, Thompson and Ware were arrested for use of another’s identification to avoid prosecution. Police heard of the theft and threat to get a gun while the four were at the Burlington Coat Factory at Outlets at the Legends at about 9:30 p.m. They were gone when police arrived, but police found them at the nearby TJ Maxx.
