The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed two people are dead following a shooting in Cold Springs. Deputies say they responded to a call of a battery with a deadly weapon at the home on Spruce Lake Court just after 10 p.m. last night. They found the bodies of a man and woman inside. Deputies say there was evidence of a shooting, but the exact cause of death has not been determined. They also say this appears to stem from a domestic dispute and authorities are not looking for any additional people. They say there is no risk to the public.
