Sparks Police are looking for a couple of brazen thieves who came into the Target Store on east Lincoln Way, loaded a cart with nearly $2,000 dollars worth of stuff, and rolled on out. This happened February 9th at about 740pm. Secret Witness is offering a reward of 500 dollars to help catch the pair, who will face grand larceny charges.
