Washoe County Sheriff’s Office deputies have arrested three people and are looking for one more, on charges related to the investigation of a rash of wire thefts from power poles in the North Valleys. Detectives are looking for Nicholas Hodgerney. Hodgerney lives in the North Valleys area, and is described as white, 5’11” and 190 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
The investigation began March 5th, when a Sheriff’s patrol deputy noticed damage to utility poles along the dirt extension of North Virginia Street between North Red Rock Road and White Lake Parkway. Evidence showed wires on these poles had been intentionally cut.
