A man accused of trying to lure a child for purposes of sex has been arrested. 35 year old Jose Luis Zamora-Campos was arrested after a parent found inappropriate conversations between a man claiming to be 23 years old, and her 13 year daughter on Snapchat. Reno detectives arrested Zamora-Campos in his vehicle after he sent a message, police say he was there to pick up the child.
