A fugitive from North Carolina has been arrested by Washoe County Sheriff’s Deputies.
Richard Britt was working as a security guard at Crystal Bay Casino, and had called the Sheriff’s Office for help after a disturbance. They ran a check on him, and found 134 warrants for his arrest on 403 felony counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor had been issued by North Carolina, and arrested him.
