Swan Lake residents feel vindicated following the verdict in their favor by a Washoe County jury, that held the city of Reno partly liable for damage and flooding in and around Swan Lake. Tammy Holt-Still, who wasn’t named on the lawsuit, but had her home flooded and has been fighting for the residents, talks about why the city rerouted the water in the first place.

56 residents sued the city. Many of the homes around the lake have been affected by water.
