Washoe County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a suspect or suspects who fired shots in a Galena neighborhood. It happened around 11PM Sunday, August 4th. Deputies were called to a home in the area the next day and found evidence of several shots fired, and damage to a garage door and vehicles parked in the driveway. No injuries were reported. The suspect or suspects were seen driving a dark-colored SUV. Investigators are looking into similar incidents that occurred in the south Reno/Mt. Rose Highway area in December of last year and earlier this year. The sheriff’s office says it is unknown if any of these incidents are related.
