Reno Police are investigating an incident that happened just before 11 p.m. last night. Officers received reports of destruction of property in the area of Mt. Rainier St. and Mt. Whitney St. north of Mayors Park. They said someone was allegedly flattening car tires. Soon after, officers received reports of a man waving a gun in the air in the same area. Police have detained several people, they have not released any information about arrests or charges.
