The Sparks Police Department was called to a home on Roundhouse road Saturday night on a report of someone luring a child and committing a lewd act with the child. Police arrested 39 year old Brandon Dee Rhodes, on suspicion of first degree kidnapping, lewdness with a child younger than 15 and luring a child. The investigation continues.
