Sparks Police Department has cited an off duty Reno Police officer in a non injury hit and run incident that happened August 29th. Several unoccupied, parked vehicles in the 6600 block of Altensio Drive were hit. When officers arrived on scene, the driver of the “At fault” vehicle, identified as Brandon Neagle, an off-duty Reno Police Officer, was not on scene and could not be located. Sparks Police Officers located Neagle August 31st and he was cited for charges related to the incident.
