Carson City Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect allegedly involved in elder exploitation. On July 4th, an elderly Carson City resident with dementia was visited by an unknown woman offering to help her get groceries. The victim gave the woman her shopping list and debit card. The woman never returned instead the suspect used an made several purchases and withdrew several hundred dollars in cash with the card.
