Senator Jacky Rosen is co-sponsorship a resolution designating September 22nd through September 28th as Gold Star Families Remembrance Week, honoring the families of our fallen service members. Senator Rosen says “Our Gold Star Families have made an immense sacrifice in defense of our nation.” Rosen adds, “The pain of losing a child, a parent, a sibling, or a spouse in service to our country is profound. We can never truly know what it means to carry the Gold Star pins that our Gold Star families wear. The resolution also observes National Gold Star Mother’s Day, which falls on September 29th this year.
