Becky Robinson, president and founder of Alley Cat Allies, will discuss the growing international movement to protect cats, including stray cats and feral cats, from being killed, as she presents at the Maddie’s Saving Nevada’s Pets Conference in Reno Friday. Robinson’s presentation will focus on feral cats. She is an advocate of “Trap-Neuter-Return” as the only humane and effective approach. The program allows cats to be humanely trapped, spayed or neutered, vaccinated, eartipped and returned to their outdoor homes.
