A nonprofit conservative group filed a lawsuit looking to block the implementation of Nevada’s “red flag law” before it goes into effect sometime next year reports the Nevada Independent. The nonprofit filing the lawsuit claims that the law, which allows law enforcement and family members to petition a court to temporarily seize a person’s guns is a “government power grab” infringing on people’s rights to have a gun.
