A pedestrian was sent to the hospital Thursday night after being hit by a car on Clear Acre Lane. The accident happened about 7:20 on Clear Acre near Scottsdale. Reports say that the pedestrian was not in a crosswalk while crossing. The driver remained on the scene and assisted with the investigation. The extent of the pedestrians injuries are unknown at this time.
