The Sparks Police Department is asking for  the public’s assistance in identifying two shoplifting suspects. On Monday, January 6th a man and woman walked into the Old Navy Outlet at 1335 Scheels Drive and stole clothes. Police say the same parir shoplifted there before, in July of 2019.
