Washoe County reported 22 new positive cases of COVID-19 Tuesday, bringing the total number of cases to 684.  There were also nine new recoveries, bringing the total number of patients who have recovered to 175.  The Washoe County Health District has also launched a COVID-19 map showing the number of positive cases in each zip code in the county.  The data does not show where residents contracted the virus, only where they are self-isolating.  That map can be accessed at gis.washoecounty.us/covid19

Churchill County reported its first death — a man in his 50s with underlying health conditions. The man had been hospitalized in Fallon, and died on Saturday, according to county health officials.
