There are now a dozen schools in Washoe County with confirmed cases of Covid 19. Washoe County Health Officer Kevin Dick is reminding parents NOT to send kids to school if they are awaiting covid 19 test results. No one should go to school if they are feeling sick. Washoe County schools opened last week with a hybrid schedule that combines in-class and distance learning.
