Reno Fire Investigators are asking for the public’s assistance, in identifying suspects who may have set fire to the Esprit apartments, on Veterans Parkway.  The fire was reported at 3:18 a.m. Thursday, July 23rd. The fire destroyed 11 multi-family-unit buildings that were under construction. Reno Fire Investigators ruled that the fire was arson. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is offering a reward of up to $30,000 for information that leads to the apprehension and conviction of the individuals involved.
