Looks like Carson City’s 4th of July celebration is making a comeback. Nevada Rural Counties RSVP program is talking about the carnival, a craft fair and a fireworks show. With the lifting of capacity limits they are rounding up sponsors and hoping for a big turnout. Some of RSVP’s big fundraisers were canceled this year due to covid.
