Domestic Battery Suspect Dies in Custody

A domestic battery suspect has died, and his death is under investigation. Just before 9pm Saturday the suspect was located in the 1200 block of Coachman Drive in Sparks. Evacuees have been allowed to return to their homes, after a brush fire threatened structures in the Clear Creek Road area east of U.S. 395.
