Three people have been arrested by Sparks police in connection with a series of burglaries at local office supply stores. U.S. Forest Service Mourns Loss of Firefighter

The U.S. Forest Service is among several agencies mourning a Reno firefighter who died in California.  Crew members on Engine 16 from the Plumas National Forest found 36-year-old Ian Howard dead the morning of August 21st. Rabies Warning in Washoe County

The Nevada State Animal Diseases Laboratory has confirmed five bats infected with rabies have been found in Washoe County since mid-June.
