Cathy Woods Files Suit in Federal Court

Attorneys for Cathy Woods, who is being called the “longest-ever wrongfully incarcerated woman in U.S. history,” have filed suit in federal court against four former Reno and Shreveport, Louisiana police officers, and a former prosecutor. The Washoe County Health District will be insecticide fogging this morning, after another positive hit for West Nile Virus. Construction Closures at The Bowl
