The Washoe County Coroner’s office has identified the woman killed Saturday in an accident with a Reno Fire Department ladder truck as 63-year-old Charlene McMaster. The cause of death is still pending, but McMaster was declared dead on the scene. McMaster is believed to have been homeless.… MORE
