Nevada Highway Patrol Investigating Fatal Accident

The Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating a crash that killed a pedestrian Saturday morning in Carson City. The eastbound lanes of U.S. 50 at Airport Road were closed much of the morning during the investigation. The pedestrian died at the hospital after being taken by Care Flight.MORE

NHP Vehicle Hit by Suspected DUI Driver

The Nevada Highway Patrol says a drunk driver hit one of its patrol vehicles Saturday on U.S. 50 in Mound House between Carson City and Dayton. The trooper was not seriously injured.
