The victim in a Monday shooting incident in Dayton has been identified as 34 year old Joseph Mitchell Jarratt. Driver Killed in Tanker Crash

A driver who was trapped under an overturned tanker, causing the closure of State Route 88 in Alpine County, has died. Investigators say the tanker was traveling at an unsafe speed when it crashed shortly after 10:00am.
