There are now 258 pages on marijuana regulations in place, as the eight member state Tax Commission approved “permanent” regulations on the industry. Lyon County Sheriff’s Deputy Involved in Crash on U.S. 50

The Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating a crash last night involving a Lyon County Sheriff’s deputy in a patrol cruiser. According to investigators, the deputy hit a small group of horses on US 50 in Dayton at the intersection with Enterprise. Placer County Sheriff’s Office Release Name of Man Shot by Deputy

The Placer County Sheriff’s Office has released the name of a man shot by a deputy early Sunday at North Lake Tahoe. 47-year-old Samuel Kolb of San Mateo’s condition has not been released, but he’s still in the hospital, and will be charged when he’s released with attempted homicide and assault on a peace officer.…MORE
