Carson Fire Crews Contain Wildfire Started by Fireworks

Crews contained a wildfire Thursday that was burning along C Hill in Carson City. Carson Fire says says the Garden Fire, first called the Greenhouse Fire, burned in the Curry Road area and charred about 20 acres. Investigators believe it was started by fireworks. Fatal Skydiving Accident in Minden

The Federal Aviation Administration and the East Fork Fire Protection District have confirmed two people were killed this morning in a skydiving accident in Minden.
