The 485th Headed to The Middle East

The Nevada Army Guard’s 485th Military Police Company is being deployed to the Middle East. A deployment ceremony was held in Stead Thursday morning. Two Crashes Near Nellis Air Force Base

A couple of aircraft malfunctioned yesterday, both connected to Nellis Air Force Base. Around 10pm last night a helicopter on a training missing went down, injuring the four crew members. The Reno Police Department arrested two people yesterday they believe may have been involved in the thefts of more than 20 care stolen in the last 20 days. Job Growth on The Rise in Nevada

Employment growth in Nevada continued in July with 4,700 jobs added, or 31,900 more than a year ago, according to figures released by the state’s Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation.
