Update: Escaped Inmates Both Caught

Both of the inmates who walked away from a Northern Nevada work camp have been found and arrested. 25 year old Nicco Way was found sleeping near a Reno business Monday.  23 year old James Westbrook was caught near Elko The pair escaped from the minimum security camp northeast of Lockwood.MORE

Funding For Specialty Courts

The Judicial Council of the State of Nevada, has approved $3 million in funding for 34 specialty courts statewide. Three specialty courts received new funding in Las Vegas, Reno, and Sparks. Crews Knock Down Small Fire South of Reno

Firefighters put out a small brush fire south of Reno Sunday afternoon.
