Thirty New COVID-19 Cases Reported Sunday in Washoe County

Washoe County reported 69 recoveries from COVID-19 on Sunday. It attributed the high number of recoveries to a review of recoveries of state-licensed facilities like nursing homes. Helicopter Crash at Minden-Tahoe Airport Under Investigation

A helicopter crashed Sunday afternoon at Minden-Tahoe Airport, the FAA reported. The pilot and passenger walked away and were being evaluated by emergency medical services. The FAA reported a Gazelle helicopter crashed under unknown circumstances around 12:30 pm. The helicopter caught fire after crashing.MORE
