Washoe County reported two more COVID-19 related deaths on Sunday, bringing the total to 18. Additionally, there were 31 more positive tests for COVID-19 and 17 recoveries. Police Conduct Weekend Street Racing Crackdown

A crackdown on street racing the last two weekends netted 41 speed-related citations, one misdemeanor arrest for exhibition of speed and seven arrests for driving under the influence. The crackdown was a result of citizen complaints about street races in Reno during late evening weekend hours. Nevada Office of Traffic Safety partially funded the crackdown.MORE
