Sex Trafficker Arrested by The Northern Nevada Child Exploitation Task Force

The Northern Nevada Child Exploitation Task Force has arrested 26 year old Kevin Antwon Belcher, for sex trafficking of a child and other charges. Washoe County Manager John Slaughter will retire effective June 14. The Washoe County Commission appointed Slaughter as manager in November 2013.
