North Dakota Man Arrested in Washoe County on Sexual Assault Charges

A North Dakota man is under arrest in Reno for sexual assaults that allegedly happened between 1997 and 2004. 60 year old Paulo Preciado, of Bismarck, was booked on six counts of sexual assault of a child younger than 14, and six more lewdness charges.
