Toyota Motor Co. is recalling 347,120 Sienna minivans worldwide because they can shift out of the “park” position and roll away. Displaced Dogs Fostered by Nevada Inmates

Warm Springs Correctional Facility is giving inmates the chance to foster dogs. Recent hurricanes and wildfires have left some dogs displaced. Nevada Settles a Wrongful Death Suit For $93,000

The Associated Press is reporting, the state of Nevada has agreed to pay $93,000 to settle a wrongful death suit. The Carson City Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help finding a man reported missing.  24-year-old Ryan Perkins girlfriend says she last heard from him by phone October 11th. Hazardous Material Closes I-80 in Both Directions

The hazardous material that closed I-80 in both directions starting at about 530 Thursday morning was Ammonium Bisulfate. It was spilled in when the driver for Anderson Trucking fell asleep, rolled into the median, and the trailer seperated from the tractor and flipped. Ammonium Bisulfate is an inhalation hazard. Four Horses Hit & Killed in Reno Since The Beginning of October

Four horses have been struck and killed by vehicles in Reno since the beginning of October. City officials have had signs posed warning drivers to slow down and keep an eye out for horses.
