Identity of Woman Who Drowned in the Truckee Confirmed

The Washoe County Sheriff’s Medical Examiner has confirmed that the body pulled from the Truckee River Thursday, is 32 year old Sarah Duncan of Reno. AP: Governor Signs Emergency Regulations to Start Legal Pot July 1

The Hunter Creek Fire west of Reno is now 35% contained , it’s an estimated 240 acres, according to Truckee Meadows Fire Chief Charlie Moore.
