Arrest Made in Sparks Home Invasion, More Arrests Anticipated

A 19 year old man is facing charges after his arrest in an armed home invasion in Sparks. Zyhere Fichman is charged with robbery with a deadly weapon and burglary for last Fridays robbery on the 1800 block of El Rancho Drive. Gov. Brian Sandoval  signed legislation that allows craft breweries to increase their beer production to 40,000 barrels a year, up from 15,000 barrels. NHP Trooper Injured in a Fatal Crash

The Nevada Highway Patrol says one person has died in a crash in Lyon County, that involved an NHP trooper. The crash happened shortly after 2:30PM Monday, on Highway 50 between Dayton and Stagecoach. Two brush fires were contained over the weekend.
