Sparks police are investigating an early-morning accident that sent a woman to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Police say it looks like the 57-year-old woman was trying to cross against a light at Victorian Avenue and Rock Boulevard just before 5AM Wednesday. Unemployment in Nevada Continues to Decline

Nevada’s jobless rate continues to fall.  The state’s Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation, pegged the unemployment rate is at a seasonally adjusted 4.7 percent for April.  It’s the 67th straight month of 1 percent-plus year-over-year declines to the unemployment rate.
