Food Bank of Northern Nevada is asking for the community’s support  Saturday, May 13 for the  National Association of Letter Carriers 25th annual Stamp Out Hunger food drive.  It’s the largest single-day food drive in the country. The NV Energy Foundation has awarded 32 high school seniors from northern Nevada the Powerful Partnership Scholarship, and 15 scholarships for current community college students, providing a total of $49,000.
