Motorcyclist Injured in Crash on 395

The Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating a crash that sent a motorcyclist to a hospital Monday afternoon. Pedestrian Struck, Killed in Fernley

A pedestrian was hit by a big rig and killed near Fernley Sunday night.  The Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating. Trooper Dan Gordon says about 9:30PM, the pedestrian was in a travel lane on I-80 about 15 miles east of Fernley. The truck driver stopped and is cooperating with investigators.
