Dayton Fire Displaces Two, Ruled Accidental

(KOH) – A human-caused fire displaced two people in Dayton Friday evening. It happened on Comstock Road and caused major damage to the home.  One person was taken to a hospital for smoke inhalation and three pets made it out safe. Fire officials say the fire was accidental.MORE

A fugitive wanted for sexual abuse and theft from Eugene Oregon, has been busted in reno. 47 year old Byron Van Natta was arrested at a 4th street motel by U.S. Marshalls, and is awaiting extradition back to Oregon.MORE

Work Delayed on State Route 28 Until May 1

Banquet Chicken Nugget Dinners Under Recall

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service has announced the recall of over 110,000 pounds of Banquet Chicken Nuggets with Mac & Cheese frozen meals out of concern that the brownies included in the meal may have salmonella.
