A former South Lake Tahoe Fire captain gets ten years in prison for transporting child pornography. Mark Wygant, 46, pleaded guilty as part of an agreement for a shorter sentence. Smash and Grab Burglary Arrests

Reno Police have been dealing with multiple window smash burglaries since January 21st, many in the  North West Reno area including the Viewcrest Shopping center in the 3600 Block of Kings Row.
