Police Investigate Stabbing Near The Peppermill

Reno Police say a portion of Brinkby Avenue was closed between Lymbery Street and South Virginia after a man was stabbed. Police first received the call about the stabbing around 11:30 last night.  The victim was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries. A description of the suspect has not been released.MORE

Medicaid Fraudster Sentenced

Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt says 28 year old Kevin Cummings, of Reno, was sentenced for one count of submitting false claims, related to Medicaid fraud.
