Home Foreclosures on The Rise in Nevada

As foreclosures slowed across most of the country, Nevada had the fourth-highest foreclosure rate in the country last year. A total of 16,533 properties, or 1.4 percent of homes statewide, received a foreclosure-related filing in 2015. That’s up 6.6 percent from 2014.
