Truckee Police Arrest Couple For Rental Fraud, Possession of Stolen Property

The Truckee Police Department arrested a Nevada man and Oregon woman yesterday after they allegedly rented property using fraudulent credit cards and then caused thousands of dollars of damage. 29-year-old Alexander Silviera, and 21-year-old Haylay Brown, have been charged with possessing stolen property, theft, providing false identification and being under the influence of heroin.
