(Carson City, NV) — The dispatch phone lines for Nevada State Police and the Nevada Highway Patrol are back up and running. The systems were fixed on Sunday evening, after being down for most of the day. The phone lines handle roadside emergency service and assistance calls. Meanwhile, the Nevada Department of Public Safety website is still down. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department warns it could also face service interruptions due to the outages at the state level. Those outages could impact its Records and Fingerprint Bureau.
