The Reno City Planning Commission has voted in favor of a request for a permit allowing a frat house to reside on Ralston Street. In a vote of 4 to 1, the motion to allow the Kappa Sigma frat house to reside at 803 Ralston was approved, despite mostly negative public comment. Neighbors say they’ve had problems with the Kappa Sigma’s in the past saying the frat members are rude and throw parties without consideration to neighbors.
