(El Dorado County, CA) – El Dorado County deputies have arrested one man in connection with an alleged homicide. Deputies were summoned to a home along Big Oak Road sometime on Tuesday and detained 57-year-old Geoffrey Snyder, who allegedly brandished a firearm. During the initial investigation, they found 56-year-old Shelley Snyder dead by an apparent gunshot wound. Geoffrey was arrested and booked into El Dorado County Jail on a first-degree murder charge. He was denied bail and deputies are still investigating.
