9th Circuit Overturns Governor’s Limits on Churches

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has overturned an order that backed the Governor’s health related limits on gatherings in Nevada’s churches. Gov. Steve Sisolak set a limit of 50 people or 50% of the fire code occupancy, whichever was fewer. The restrictions were upheld by a lower court judge, earlier in the year.…MORE
